Meet John, Your Newark Photographer
I’m John, a Newark, Delaware photographer with a passion for special events, travel, and nature photography since 2009, and what started as a love for event photography and travel images grew into a full studio covering weddings, portraits, family sessions, and aerial work across Delaware.
I didn’t stop learning once I picked up a camera. I went through continuing education at Delaware Technical & Community College to sharpen the technical side of the craft. Later, I trained at Master Your Drone Flying School and completed aerial photography coursework through DJI Aerial Academy, which now lets me offer drone photography for real estate, events, and landscapes that a ground camera simply can’t capture.
I’m also a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP), a credential held by fewer than 2,500 photographers nationwide. It’s not a title you get by accident. It means I’ve been tested on lighting, composition, color, and technical execution by working professionals, not just judged on a nice Instagram feed.
